Description
After experimenting with this angle on good old pencil and paper, I decided to give the tablet a shot.
This helped quite a bit.
He was originally going to be bare-faced, but then I drew the facial tattoo thing on all of a sudden. I dunno. This might become an original character. Might.
[EDIT] This guy has become an original character after repeatedly drawing him multiple times in between random Garrus sketches - I have no shaaaaaaaaaaaaame! So, this guy's name is Herix Pallick. He's Councilor Valern's assistant, but I haven't really come up with a title that sounds very handsomely paid. I've yet to work on a personality, but he's probably going to like humans as he believes Shepard's story about the reapers. I'll have to try to do more on a tablet. [/EDIT]
